Beau’s Grille is a 1,490 sf expansion project. This outdoor patio/dining experience extends from the Hilton Hotel in Akron, OH.
This project entailed the phased retail development, with phase I of 23,000 square feet as part of an extensive master plan complete with tenant build outs.
Adding classrooms to the High School in this over-crowded District was essential. Cornice’s creative solutions helped solve this problem.
