This new 4,250 square foot clinic was designed and constructed to accommodate the Owner’s rapidly increasing number of clients and patients.
This project entailed the phased retail development, with phase I of 23,000 square feet as part of an extensive master plan complete with tenant build outs.
The scope of this project included the renovation of 23,000 sf factory to a showroom. Also the demolition of 33,000 sf of factory space and additions totaling 4,000 sf of new office space.
This project included the renovation of 100,000 sf of retail space to house the headquarters of Patent Health Sytems and UNS Syndication.
This two phase office, retail, and warehouse distribution facility was constructed on time and under budget in each phase.
