The Crush House is our latest project at Gervasi Vineyard. We worked very closely with owner to design and build the all new winery. The 10,400 square foot, two story facility replaces the existing wine production area housed in the lower level of the Bistro (completed in 2009) and adds an expanded wine tasting bar and café style eatery. The Crush House will offer 30,000 gallons of wine making capacity over the 8,000 gallon capacity the Winery has today and is designed to heighten the wine tasting experience with views of the wine making process, tours and educational experiences.
